Refund & Cancellation Policy – RRR Fitness Bangalore

Membership Fees

All membership fees, joining fees, and personal training packages are non-refundable once payment has been made.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-extendable unless otherwise approved in writing by RRR Fitness management.
In case of payment errors or duplicate transactions, the refund will be processed after internal verification within 7–10 business days.

Personal Training Sessions

Booked personal training sessions must be used within the validity period.
Missed sessions without prior notice (minimum 24 hours) will be considered completed.
Refunds are not applicable once the training package has commenced.
In exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, relocation, etc.), unused sessions may be transferred or held for a limited time at management’s discretion.

Freeze or Hold Policy

Members can request to freeze their membership for medical or travel reasons for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 1 month, subject to management approval.
Freeze requests must be submitted before the absence period begins and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (in exceptional cases) will be processed to the original payment method only.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days from approval to reflect in your account.
A processing fee of 5–10% may be deducted depending on payment gateway or administrative costs.

Changes to This Policy

RRR Fitness Bangalore reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this refund policy at any time. The revised policy will be updated on our official website and displayed at our facility.
